At Scratch, we believe getting something notarized shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth—or pulling across town in traffic. We’re a Houston-based service that meets you where you are, literally and figuratively. Whether you're closing a deal, helping a loved one, or handling a major life step, we make sure the paperwork gets sealed with care.
We're not a big-box notary mill. We’re people-first, detail-driven, and always local. From East End porches to South Loop lots, we’ve built our business around showing up—on time, prepared, and professional.
Locations We Serve
You to Us
Meet us at one of our designated Scratch Zones. You’ll avoid Same Day or Rush fees by scheduling during our regular route times. If you let us know ahead of time and arrive within your zone’s 2-hour window, the After Hours fee can also be waived.
Important: We must know you’re coming—walk-ups aren’t guaranteed. Submit your request via text.
Us to You
Can’t step away? We’ll come to you. Whether it’s a hospital room, job site, home office, or front porch—we notarize wherever you need us.
Just submit a request and choose “Us to You.” We’ll confirm the time, calculate your total (including zone + any rush/after-hours), and meet you with everything ready to go.
Add-ons:
- Prepare documents + $5
- Up to 2 pages front and back
- + $ 0.25 per additional page
- After Hours Support + $25
- Normal Hours (Tuesday–Saturday 8A–2:30P)
- Bring a Witness + $25/ea
- Mobile RUSH/Same Day + $25
- Mobile Service + $15
- Within 3 miles of any Scratch Zone
How It Works

Submit a Request
Tell us via text what you need and whether you want “Us to You” or “You to Us”
2️⃣
Gather & Go
Prepare your ID(s), documents, and any required witnesses.
3️⃣
Get It Notarized
We meet at the agreed time and location, ID is checked, and it’s signed and sealed.
Before We Meet, Please Have:

- Desired time
- Type of Document
- Number of signatures
- If we need to provide any witnesses
